Refund policy
- Due to our careful item curation process, returns at Miss D are not accepted. We can only exchange items in their original purchase conditions for others within our stock. In-store credit is not available.
- Exchanges can be made within 15 days of the original purchase either in-store (presenting your original receipt), or by contacting our support team with your order number.
- Discounted items and beachwear cannot be exchanged.
