Shipping policy

Caracas: Standard shipping is $4 for orders under $100. Free shipping for orders over $100.
Rest of Venezuela: Orders are shipped by MRW parcel and charged directly to the customer at arrival.
Shipping requests are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.*

*All claims received after 3:00 p.m. on business days, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. All requests made before 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday begins processing on the same business day.
